An automated platform that integrates a Laravel backend with n8n workflows to streamline customer complaint handling and automate knowledge base management using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology.
Developed an AI-powered complaint management system using Laravel and n8n.
Built n8n workflows for complaint processing through multiple automated stages and webhooks.
Implemented a RAG workflow for uploading PDF documents, generating embeddings, and storing them in a vector store.
Integrated an AI Agent with the RAG knowledge base and session-based conversation memory.
Implemented priority-based processing and automated manager notifications for urgent complaints.
Implemented request and session ID tracking to reliably associate asynchronous AI responses with the original customer complaint.
Integrated the n8n automation workflow with the Laravel backend through HTTP webhooks and Laravel Reverb to asynchronously deliver AI-generated responses back to the application in real time.
